2

GROW YOUR NETWORK

Learn to build a strong and healthy relationship with executive directors.

Upon graduation, you will be connected with local nonprofits in addition to your REALIZE Board Training Cohort.

3

IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNITY

Acquire skills, behaviors, and competencies necessary to positively impact El Paso and those who call our community home.

This program is important for young professionals to understand their critical role in board governance. Becoming a board member is a legal and fiduciary responsibility, and requires accountability to the community and its organizational stakeholders.
