The pursuit to inspire and engage young professionals.
United Way Young Leaders Society (YLS) was founded with the aim of informing, empowering and engaging El Paso’s young professionals. Our network thrives on the belief that leadership matters. Today, our purpose is to offer this growing demographic an opportunity to enhance their personal leadership journey through professional development programming and exclusive networking events that promote meaningful connections.
BECOME A MEMBER
Workplace giving provides individuals from area businesses the opportunity to donate a portion of every paycheck to help improve the lives of El Paso families while engaging and connecting to United Way’s mission.
If you're an individual who donates to United Way through your employer's workplace giving, your contribution applies toward your membership. Please contact our United Way YLS Liaison to confirm $250-donation and YLS membership.
If you currently don't participate in workplace giving but know your company participates in a United Way campaign, please visit with your HR representative to fill out a pledge form.
