ABOUT US
Supporting the ascent of the next generation of professionals.

United Way Young Leaders Society (YLS) was founded with the aim of giving young professionals in El Paso a platform to develop as leaders, network with peers, and give back through volunteerism and philanthropy.

As YLS enters nearly a decade of service, it continues to offer this growing demographic opportunities to learn new skills, unlock talents, and create meaningful connections.

We proudly boast a group of brilliant and dedicated individuals who are redefining what it means to be a young professional in El Paso.

BECOME A MEMBER
Workplace Giving

Workplace giving provides individuals from area businesses the opportunity to donate a portion of every paycheck to help improve the lives of El Paso families while engaging and connecting to United Way’s mission.

If you're an individual who donates to United Way through your employer's workplace giving, your contribution applies toward your membership. Please contact our United Way YLS Liaison to confirm $250-donation and YLS membership.

If you currently don't participate in workplace giving but know your company participates in a United Way campaign, please visit with your HR representative to fill out a pledge form.
