Who is eligible to join YLS?Professionals between the ages of 21 and 40 who contribute at least $250 annually to United Way of El Paso County’s Community Impact Fund are eligible to join YLS.
How much is the membership?YLS members don’t pay a membership fee. Rather, they donate at least $250 annually to United Way of El Paso County’s Community Impact Fund, helping to fund and lead critical programs supporting women’s issues, youth success, mental wellbeing, and more in the El Paso community. This amount can be donated on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis at $5 weekly, $21 monthly, and $250 annually.
What benefits do YLS members get?Members of the Young Leaders Society gain access to exclusive events and opportunities, including access to our signature Wine & Wisdom speaker series, volunteer opportunities, and our professional development series, Master Hour. These events allow members to engage with prominent members of the community, connect with other professionals, and support the community we call home.
